Spacious and modernly equipped apartment

With an area of 40 m², this fully renovated apartment can host 2 to 4 people and offers comfortable accommodation for couples, families or small groups of friends. The apartment is equipped with one bedroom containing a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and an additional mattress topper for maximum comfort.

The open concept space with a living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room creates a spacious, bright ambience. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a meal – from a dishwasher and oven to a coffee machine and toaster.

For a complete home feel, there is also a private balcony overlooking the city, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.

Modern comfort

The apartment is air-conditioned with two air-conditioning units. One in the living room and the other in the bedroom, while electric underfloor heating is provided for colder days. In addition, the apartment offers free WiFi and a smart TV with streaming services to make you feel at home.
